  5. Project 2025 isn’t extreme enough for Trump. Now that he has absolute immunity, he will be putting minorities in concentration camps and making German the official language of the US Federal Government.

  6. Was unfamiliar with Steele, so I did some searching. Pretty strong resume, RNC head that helped the GOP reclaim the House in 2010 (and several other positions), encouraged the GOP to make minorities feel more welcome, and is the origin of the ‘Drill Baby Drill’ phrase. His views are pretty typical pre-2012 Republican, maybe a bit lighter Red on some issues due to being from Maryland.

    He’s also a Lincoln Project supporter/Never Trumper, so this is hardly surprising. I don’t think it’ll move the needle.

  15. So, let me get this straight. A presidential candidate is loudly proclaiming he doesn’t know about a huge policy package being forwarded by his closest allies. A presidential candidate feels they need to make a statement that they’re oblivious to the sort of thing they absolutely should understand.

    Even if we were to take that as the truth instead of the obvious lie that it clearly is, that’s an equally disqualifying level of incompetence and ignorance.

  17. There is precisely a 0% chance that Trump has read all 900 pages of this manifesto but he knows what’s in it. He should be asked point by point which initiatives he supports and which he does not.

    The damn thing was CREATED for a second Trump administration. He can’t get away with saying “I like some of it and some I don’t”.

They want you terrified of “pRoJeCt25” because then you’re not looking at the details of the bills being signed and the politicians actions (like the “infrastructure” bill that’s a $600 billion handout straight to motivate equity)…

  24. Why won’t someone confront him with questions that attacks his fucked up logic and not let him ramble on about something else. He says two mutually exclusive things. He knows nothing about it and that he disagrees with some of the things in it. Its not good enough for articles like this to do it.
