Appeal Court enforces tenant’s RTB order & landlord, Colin O’Sullivan, now has to also pay legal costs

1. Adjudication ordered landlord to pay 14,500.Tribunal on appeal ordered him to pay 18,500.
   Criminal court ordered him to pay 1000 for burying tenant’s car.
   Judge McNulty refuses to enforce RTB order. Court of Appeals enforces RTB order and he now has to pay the 18,500 PLUS tenants legal cost.
