Go to benfica, remove him from the pressures of a top league and top teams with huge demands and allow him to regain his confidence and flourish around his people and an environment which is familiar to him.
He needs to play for a team where he will start week in week out whether he was a 5/10 this week or a 10/10 for the entire season in order to regain his confidence.
Then in two years he can try again at a bigger club.

Well he did score some winning goals so maybe as a bench member
He is the same level with the same serious problems as Ferran.
We already have Ferran to be Ferran, we don’t need a second one.
Not even on a free. He has a terrible mentality. He could be a great player if he was consistent, but he can’t.
Only as a loan. A fee bigger than 20M I think won’t be worth it
