My vegetarian sister was sat eating it and when I quized her she showed me the vegetarian stamp on the side. I feel like I've been cheated every time I ate it in the past.
Anyone know of any other products you'd be shocked to find they're vegetarian?

SORRY I do not see the a V sign
A lot of crisps of meat flavours are vegetarian.
See the small print “flavour” under chicken and mushroom? It’s doing a lot of work.
Still the best Pot Noodle variety though!
Walkers Smokey Bacon and also Chicken flavour crisps are vegan
Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps is a funny one they’re suitable for vegetarians now, but they’ve switched a number of times now. First became vegetarian in 2004, then caused a little outrage when they switched to a non-vegetarian recipe around 2013 and later reverted back to a vegetarian recipe.
To be fair I have never eaten a pot noodle because of the meat content
And the beef & tomato flavour is vegan (with the caveat of *may* contain milk & eggs due to shared factory).
The beef and tomato one is also vegetarian
Don’t know if it’s still true but the smoky bacon flavour crisps were actually kosher at one point
But having met many Muslim drinkers and Jewish lovers of a bit of bacon who will turn up and basically beg for forgiveness once a week we can generally say it’s alright if you spend a bit of time having an apologetical chat after the event.
They used to contain “textured soy pieces” many years ago
Not a vegetarian thing but I did learn the peanut butter Oreo’s (from America) didn’t contain peanut so we’re safe for people with peanut allergies. I don’t know if this is still the case so if anyone with peanut allergies is going to do this, read the packaging carefully
We are meant to have veg in our daily diet, it’s a win win if that veg is pot noodle
And yet Pringles Texas BBQ Sauce flavour are not vegetarian ‘cos they contain carob beetle.
I think they all are?
Roast chicken crisps are too!
Usually if things say ‘flavour’ then they tend to be meat free. Still worth checking the back if you’re veggie though.
Most beef gravy granules are veggie, chicken is a bit hit or miss, which is strange cos chicken instant noodles or anything like that usually is veggie.
ARE YOU FUCKIN READY FOR THIS?
Almost all meat gravy granules are vegan.
You mean they use real mushrooms?!?
