7. The interesting thing is, it means that North Korea is defacto declaring war on Ukraine. That’s a big deal. Compare it to Belarus, who have done everything to assist Russia, even including allowing Russian troops to attack from their territory, but even they aren’t willing to send their troops in, and that’s with a lot of pressure from Russia to do so.
