Hello, I was vacationing to Germany from one of the 10 sister cities of stuttgart, so we visited stuttgart along one of our drive, only to find them missing. It was hard enough to find the exact location of them, but finding info on why they are gone is even harder. Any help or ideas would be appreciated, as we are only passing through and probably not going back. Thanks!

Maybe they were taken off for repair or something? You could ask the tourist information, maybe they know about it.
Most likely they are in the process of being repaired or removed due to nearby constructions.
