4. From my travels it’s: cows & cheese from the Alps and up (north). With spots carved out for Diplomatic french, Apotheke, circle of bureaucracy, lake of finances, sausage fingers, and like Italy. Important that everything north of Alps is earth tones and bland. Like Italy gets to explore the color palette.
