I really can’t understand why the American left is so goddamn toothless all the time.
The Heritage foundation should, in some official capacity, be designated a terrorist or treasonous organization.
If nothing else, there has to be some way their lives could be made a living hell while staying within the legal system. Intense audits? Deep digging into the backgrounds of everyone involved with organization? There’s got to be some major skeletons there.

And it will be bloodless if we just sit back and let them take away our rights turning the nation into christian nationalist state. The line tries to blame the people who will have the jackboot on our throats for resisting but the reactionaries that want to turn back all the progress of the 20th century are the ones to blame.
This revolution will not be bloodless, not even if we let it happen to us. Trans kids forced to detransition or who never get the chance to live as their genuine self will kill themselves. Women denied abortions for life threatening complications will die. A state that enshrines minority rule, subjugating its own citizens as second class will encourage violence against those out groups.
They need to face jail time
Should be imprisoned for treason and violent threats.
Such a threat immediately makes these assholes domestic terrorists, and they ought to be treated as such.

The FBI has said White Nationalists are the biggest threat to democracy and that’s exactly what the Heritage Foundation is. Conservatives were acting like it was radical middle eastern Muslims, but it’s been domestic White Nationalists the whole time.

What kind of blowback? I don’t see any measurable impact occurring or anything happening to Heritage.
