How to get a view of Lysevegen like in this picture?

Hi guys, currently we are in the area of the Lysebotn. I was wondering how do we get to this place/viewpoint? Or are these drone shots? Since I've found many pictures like this, from almost the same angle, I thought it would be an official viewpoint. Thanks a lot 🙂
