What are those buildings in Tuffieha behind Radisson hotel made for? Some od them have energy lines connected to them. Are they legal buildings? On the hard access, rocky shoreline i saw people living in bigger ones. Smaller ones although seem to be to little to live in.
I saw caves above the sea, under hotel, which had doors and were padlocked too

  2. They are a former barracks and training ground. In the last photo you were quite close to a former shooting range. There was a church and some officer’s houses too, if I recall.

    There’s some photos of the Malta Tank Regiment doing training there during the Second World War too
