In terms of any changes in the defence, Ronald Araujo is the one name to watch out for.

Araujo's contract situation still isn't resolved and Barca will have to think about how to find a solution. Contract talks with the Uruguayan have been going on since the beginning of 2024, but a deal hasn't been reached yet.

  1. He is the best defender and Flick will like him for the CBs due to his speed. But if reasonable salary can’t be achieved put him for sale we can’t be playing games right now. No drama we have other great defenders on the team already.

  2. I’m good with him leaving. His heart doesn’t seem set on Barça and he can be really sloppy.

  4. With the rise of Pau Cubarsi and with Kounde in the team, I can see Barca without Araujo if a good offer comes in our way!
