I have received this a while ago but I don’t understand what I have to do in order to pay. What site should i go on ? I’m from France

  1. There is no site to pay it.
    You just have to your bank account, and create a new order.
    Amount is €30, and the account number starts with BE96..

  2. You’ll have to pay via money transfer on the account number that starts with be96.
    The reference is the one that starts with 800/.

  3. The “OVERSCHRIJVINGSOPDRACHT” just below should have all necessary payment information. That is a standard European bank transfer format, so you should recognize that, no?

    Anyhow: Amount is 30€, account number is the BE96 … one, as a structured comment enter the 800/… number, and you’re done.

    Dans ce cas-ci tu es en retard mais ce n’est pas dramatique. Paie juste le montant demandé, et si tu reçois un courrier de rappel, passe leur un coup de téléphone (en anglais) pour expliquer ta situation. En règle générale, si tu fais preuve de bonne volonté, ils ne mordent pas.

    Envoie le virement bancaire au numéro indiqué (BE96…) à l’attention de *Stadsbestuur Brugge.* Le B.I.C. n’est utile que si tu paies via un compte étranger. N’oublie pas la communication structurée (=/= de communication libre) “800 0062 92247” qui permet la gestion automatique du virement par leur système.

  5. Technically if you are from France you can refuse to pay until a demand in your language has been made or am I wrong?
