Ukraine strikes Russian munitions depot with drones triggering explosion

Ukrainian drones hit a munitions storage depot inside Russia overnight on Sunday. A Ukrainian security official confirmed that a strike had been carried out on a warehouse storing ammunition in the village of Serhiivka in the Voronezh region, which borders a chunk of northeastern Ukraine occupied by Russia since 2022. Video footage appears to show rising clouds of black smoke while loud explosions could be heard in succession. No casualties were reported, but residents of a nearby village in the Podgorensky district were evacuated. #russia #ukraine #war
