Why is this thing in the bathroom? Shouldn’t it be outside? Also won’t it heat the bathroom really really bad?

  4. It is a heat pump and they can be installed indoors. However indoor installations are a headache.

  9. I guess they wanted to avoid discussion with the neighbors about the outdoor unit and installed in a room where the additional heat and the water doesn’t matter
