Torrential floods hit Italian commune of Noasca

Floods and landslides were caught on camera in the Italian commune of Noasca, as several days of heavy rain caused rivers to overflow.

Reuters was able to verify the location from the buildings seen in the video which matched filed and satellite imagery of the area and the original metadata. Reuters was able to confirm the date the video was filmed from the metadata which matched reports from local news on the floods.

The harsh weather has seen flooding affect several parts of Northern Italy, as well as Switzerland.

    I'd bet Italians would rather reply something unfriendly.. ps 13 to 16 degrees last night in the north of Italy.. that's completely unusual. Not dry!!
