Instead of focusing on denigrating student loan forgiveness and other loans forgiven, the government should go after business owners and employers (Airlines for example), who misused the PPP loans and bailouts offered for COVID Pandemic.

Increase IRS staffing by 65,000 people.

  1. Track where all the money given out in bailouts and PPP loans went.
  2. A 90 day notice period to return the money back to the government including interest charged at Federal rates, from the day the loans were disbursed to prevent criminal charges and prison time for fraud.
  3. If the money isn't given back, charge them with fraud, target everything that they have, including things that aren't supposed to be touched in normal times (fuck the state laws regarding primary residence, this is a federal issue, kids college funds etc.) and take away everything, including jail times for CEOs, CFOs of large companies for perpetuating this fraud.

COVID assistance has been misused widely, and the total handouts given to businesses and large corporations amounted to sell over a trillion dollars, PPP loans alone were ~$800Billion, $54Billion bailouts to airlines, about $25Billion to Boeing, $10B+ to Exxon and the list goes on and on and on.

https://www.citizen.org/news/corporations-that-received-billions-during-the-pandemic-laid-off-thousands-of-workers-and-gave-ceos-millions/

Jail the CEOs, CFOs and also the CEOs of funds who are the largest shareholders on charges of fraud and participation in fraud. And put them up with notorious criminals, not a fucking hotel with golf courses. Make them give up their multi-million dollar TOTAL COMPENSATION and leave them back where they were before getting paid millions for defrauding the taxpayer.

Just the principal on these loans is close to $1.5T, with interest closer to $2T. 2024 budget deficit is expected to be $1.9T

We can avoid being in deficit, and by end of 2025, when the benefits of IRA, Infrastructure Act, CHIPs act, etc. is expected to start reaping the benefits and slowly have increased tax revenues, there is a real chance to keep budget deficits close to increasing tax receipts from expanding economy.

Write letters to your congresswoman/man, Senator and to the Treasury Secretary, along with the Chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and the chair of the local Federal Reserve you're in, to the local DA, state business officers to support prosecution of these businesses. This works when we have widespread support for prosecution for defrauding of the taxpayer, since no company has all the politicians in their pockets and many have burned currently sitting elected officials.

If the prosecutions goes through, and the federal government gets back all that money, inflation gets lower, along with the possibility of keeping the deficit the same, but diverting allocated funds to allow for continued middle class tax claims that are going to expire in 2025. This also, leaves breathing room for a stronger Industrial Policy, which has already been working wonders in states like Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, Kentucky, Michigan, Idaho, Utah, etc.

These bailouts/Handouts given to businesses and large corporations were misused to a great extent and it's time to claim the money back and instead of corporate welfare, to be spent on the people of the United States of America.

  1. Banks got billions dispersing ppp. Do you think pretend President Chump’s minion Criminal Bankster Mnuchin chose that path intentionally? They have names and addresses of every person in the US and a postal service that goes to mailboxes every day.

The IRS can’t get blood from a turnip. Most of the cash is awash except for the very rich who hoard it. The IRS is not equipped to repossess and resell sports cars and yachts, so who would benefit from that? How about just taxing the uber rich.
