Me and my fiance have been on vacation in Sliema the last week and after a few days we found this place. We’ve been sunbathing here, and multiple times I’ve wondered why this structure is here. My first though was it used to be a pier of some sort, but if anyone knows I’d be interested to know!

Sliema Chalet! My grandparents met at the club that used to be there before it was knocked down. The pier was a hot-spot for tourists jumping off and injuring themselves over the summer.
Spent most summers at the Sliema pitch just on from here!
