They don’t care. The point is to merely create a conversation of whether or not it was a Russian missile. How easily it is debunked or how far it is from truth secondary. If this happen enough, doubt can be sowed.
Russians are the absolute masters of creating doubt and confusion in the public realm. They have been doing it for hundreds of years.

The fact that this is even a point of discussion shows how effective Russia is at propaganda. This should not even be a discussion, no one should even entertain this shit. They know, we know, the point is to muddy the water. Even if it had ‘Made in Russia’ in big letters on it they would still deny it just to troll.
The most charitable possible take is that this is an extreme example of confirmation bias: the Lord Bebo dude is so profoundly invested in the Russians not being the baddies that he’s literally blind to the evidence right in front of his eyes.
Other possibilities are that he’s simply too fucking stupid to understand what he’s looking at, he’s an active agent of Russian disinformation whose goal is to sow doubt, or he’s a troll who knows damn well that he’s lying and he finds the whole situation hilarious.

Most of AA missiles are rocket engines, those russians cruise missiles on the other end are propelled by jet engines.
There’s at least two videos where you can ear the characteristic buzzing sound of a jet engine just before impact on the buildings… To me, it’s already a sufficient proof that it can’t be debris from Ukrainian AA missiles.
