Jens Stoltenberg, former Prime Minister of Norway (2000 – 2001 and 2005 – 2013) and outgoing Secretary General of NATO (2014 – 2024) just received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Joe Biden, the highest civilian honor in the United States.
