NATO will hold, but even if US falls out, it might be a good thing as rest of NATO will double down with 4% each on military spending of GDP, as a show of force they will form an active NATO standing Army to mimic US actions. All the while the US will focus on other major contested centers knowing Europe is capable and under our mindful watch. Pacific NATO is US next major goal.
