Nobody seems to want to live in BP so I wouldn’t be surprised if they just opened it up permanently. I still have doubts Charles will move in once the renovations are complete but let’s see.
I never really got the renovations (though that started under the Queen). The upkeep on Buckingham is insane. I always thought turning it into a museum and a space for non profits would be cool, along with official royal offices as usual, but that will…never happen.
