Why isn’t Ukraine doing the same… I mean in a better way… They get soon 50 billion of frozen russian assets from the west, they could start a recruiting program worldwide with good payment and good conditions.. To fill up their ranks.. Why not?
We need european campaigns paid for by EU Money to inform the population in these regions about what really is going on.
I’d guess the Indians want to be paid in Best Buy or Google gift cards.

Second it’s a really good sign that Putin is running out of troops. Mobilization for the russia would be fatal and mean that putin had to send moscows youngest and brightest to the meat grinder. If they haven’t already left the country.
They are recruiting 30k a month . There’s not a chance in hell these are all Russians
