9. Why not just have Biden sic the DOJ on him? SCOTUS recently just ruled that the DOJ is the president’s lapdog and there is no such thing as an independent justice department.

10. The damage is already done, unfortunately. Better late than never though, I guess. I just wish there was a way to retroactively reverse decisions that were made by a corrupt justice.

    Anyway, Thomas needs to have his feet held over the fire not only for accepting bribes, but for issuing what amounts to an advisory opinion about Jack Smith in the unrelated immunity concurrence (i.e., give the go-ahead to Aileen Cannon to dismiss the documents case). Ain’t supposed to do that, Clarence!

30. Isn’t this the judge that basically told Trump’s lawyers to run an argument that there is no legal basis to appoint a special counsel?
