1. It’s good, but it’s not enough.

   Ukraine needs to be able to impact these attacks against it with strategic strike capability of their own.

   Otherwise it’s starting to look like all the West really cares about is propping up its own defense industry over actually winning this war and therefore stopping the attacks on Ukrainian civilians and infrastructure.

2. Are they actually new though? Reading the article it seems he is talking about the already pledged ones.

   What about equipping for gaining lost territories back?

   Everything points to a stalemate and negotiations that would force Ukraine to concede their own lands
