FEMA will now consider climate change when it rebuilds after floods

1. About time. Rebuilding something on a shrinking beach is stupid.

2. I want to be there when they tell Florida.

3. This is smart. Science informs policy decisions.

4. They have to do this if your place get destroyed and you are in a flood area or near the beach FEMA should force you to relocate

5. It’s smart but I’m not confident it’ll last for the next 6 months.

   Then these rules will get scrapped again for 4 years.
