I predict this thread will be filled once more with people claiming this doesn’t actually mean anything and that Belgium is absolutely horrendous for the middle class.

In Belgium, the citizens are relatively rich (high average net worth), while the government is relatively poor (high debt to GDP). In the Netherlands and Germany for example, this is the reverse.
