Sorry for what I’m sure is a sensitive topic, but I’m staying at a resort with mostly German tourists. I saw a guy on the beach with what looks like a Nazi eagle tattoo with a number 25 in place of the swastika.
Can someone explain the meaning of this? It’s hard for me to imagine someone would casually walk around with a symbol of hate, so I assume I’m missing some context.
