When I was doing my intercert Irish exam, there were questions like these where you had to fill in the blank. There was one like, “Nil mo seanmhathair in ann aon rud a cloiseant mar ta shi _______.” I couldn’t remember the Irish for deaf so I put in marbh. I always wondered how I was marked.
