    What does that have to do with anything other than setting up an us vs them negative narrative? From the very first paragraph you know what type of article you’re going to get and, spoilers, it not even going to attempt to be balanced or explain both sides of an intractable situation.

  2. To any objective person, Boris has been quite restrained in the face of huge provocation, particularly from France’s belligerence threatening to cut off power, their fish fiasco etc – is this the fight the Guardian is referring to?
