Het aanbod met name in het middensegment heeft een gigantisch klap gehad vanwege strengere regels op de huurmarkt. Daarnaast komt het deels door de huidige disproportionele vraag van studenten dit kwartaal.
Ook belangrijk dat het zelfs volgens hun metriek niet per m2 geld:

The data in this “study” is bullshit. It’s based on outstanding ads (pulled from a real estate website focused on expats), not on real rental fees.
For example Rome is number two in this list when in reality it’s only number 6 in all of Italy (with Milan being almost double as expensive per m2). The “study” also excludes Ireland, the UK and Switzerland (and many more, but those are all countries that have more expensive cities).
Yes the housing situation is atrocious in our country but this article is just lazy writing based on bullshit data, to the point that I would call this “fake news”.
