Is Basic-fit a gym or just a backpack brand that also happens to run a gym?

  1. Tbh I have several of these bags and they are quite good.

  2. I mean look at the style of those backpacks, pretty easy to know that they started with the gym business

  3. The bag is free if you purchase a subscription for a year

  4. Hmmm…this post looks familiar…https://www.reddit.com/r/brussels/s/cFhOmeznoi

  5. It’s a backpack subscription service. You pay a monthly fee to go around using their backpacks.

  6. Wish I know. They promised me a bag last year bc I was new and they wouldn’t give one.

    So I quit my membership.

  7. I remember the basic fit staff member being very confused when I refused the bag when I got my membership. “But… it’s free!” Yeah I know, but it’s also ugly and I already have a bunch of backpacks so no thanks?

  8. Honestly we have the black and grey one and even if they are a big cliche they have been going strong for 5+ years while my brand backpack has gone to shreds within a year or two of use (use the basic fit daily now)

  9. The zipper of the bag they gave me literally broke on the first use.

  10. Is Linus Sebatian a backpack seller that also happens to run a youtube channel? Can’t say, but I happen to enjoy both aspects.

  11. They’re a real estate business that’s run on unfulfilled new year’s resolutions.

  12. We like or not it’s a brand that allowed many low income people to do sports and access this kind of structure, I remember 20 years ago I was in Passage Fitness and it was 3/4 times expensive

  13. When a Basic-Fit opened around here, within three seconds, everyone and their dog ran around with one of these.

Interestingly, you’re casually aware of some people using these, and you just know they were allergic to sports in the past.

  14. The bag is free, you get it when you migrate to an Asielcentrum in Belgium.

  15. It’s a backpack brand, but only available at their stores. You get it for free if you buy a gym subscription with them.

  16. You pay for a subscription you don’t know wherefore it is, but you get a backpack and you can use fitness gear for a year. In reality the bag will survive your appetite to fitness.

  17. Never got one. Was a member for 3 years. Lol
They deffo are a gym brand. But a sneaky one.

  18. I was in a museum and I saw someone with a Basic fit backpack. It was… odd.

  19. when you subscribe to the gym, you get a bag with a cat in it

  20. The logo is crooked, but you have to love Basic-fit. If you like diversity, you’re home; I love the place. The price is right; no real perks, but I work my ass off to look like those who work their asses off looking like those who work their asses off!

  21. how is the quality of the material? i’ve been silently hating on these bags for years now but never touched one.

  22. I was just at Walibi today. I have never seen so many unfit looking people that look like they have never been to the gym with the basic fit bag.

And basic fit is living rent free in my mind, because I see that damn bag everywhere.
