1. Crap. I hope this doesn’t mean Russia troops are going to take their place and he is just getting his own out of the way.

2. Wouldn’t surprise me if Russia and or Belarus removed troops to lure Ukrainians / NATO in their countries for various political reasons / can then start nuking with a “reasonable” defence
