  6. An almost 10 year battle with cancer. That’s a lot of pain and suffering to endure. Sad that she’s gone so young, but no more pain is a relief.

  11. Sorry to hear this. My sympathies to her family and friends. I remember growing up and watching her on everything from Little House to 90210. I remember on an episode of 90210, her character Brenda had a breast cancer scare. RIP Shannen.

  15. I’m very sad that she passed. I grew up watching charmed I actually learned to speak English cause of it. I literally would’ve been a different person without the show. Makes me very emotional, it’s like losing a part of childhood.

  16. She was too young. I know she suffered with cancer for many years and I’m relieved to know she is no longer in pain, but damn this one hurts. She was a force to be reckoned with. Rest in peace, Shannon.

  24. I recently read that her ex husband she was battling in court was just trying to extend the court case until she died, so this makes me even more pissed for her

  34. I foolishly thought she had more time – she was frequently talking in the press and (I thought) on social media recently. She was so open and honest about her cancer struggle, and I think she helped a lot of people that way.

    I’m sad for all who knew and loved her. I hope it helps them to know she’s pain free now. May she RIP.
