    * Crooks had a minimal online presence (no Facebook, Instagram etc.) but did corresponded with friends on a Discord server that intelligence analysts are now trying to access.

    Many a year ago, my family was eating at a restaurant overlooking an event space where then-President Clinton was going to give a speech. We had to hurry up and finish because Secret Service wanted the buildings facing the event space clear.

    We didn’t complain because that seemed reasonable.

    The more I learn about this shit show the more stunned I am by what seems like sloppy protection work.

  20. The news this morning mentioned that the shooter used an AR-15 and bear crawled up the side of a building or something to get to his vantage point. What an amazing failure of security. But we just have to continue to wait and see what the facts are .

Imagine seeing someone’s head blown off with their brains all over the crowd as you are bleeding out from a gun shot wound and that last thing you hear is before blacking out is people chanting “USA, USA, USA! We love you Trump, USA, USA, USA.” Only to wake up Fox News saying it was a miracle, the armor of god protected him, and the hand of god had divinely intervened. That has to be surreal.
