    He can make absolutely clear, assassination isn’t the answer while still providing political commentary.

    We should not give Trump’s politics a pass because of a nut job. (Or Biden’s or anyone’s.)

  8. Why cancel? The disinformation being spread in the wake of the assassination attempt should be mocked just like all the other bizarro world stuff that comes from the GOP.

    It’s unfortunate there was an assassination attempt – that’s not okay. But to give the GOP a pass to continue their shenanigans unrestricted is also not okay.

  11. people in the comments clearly haven’t read the article. the daily show will broadcast this week except monday’s night show was cancelled because it was supposed to be filmed in milwaukee along with the rest of the show this week.

    they will be covering the assassination attempt and rnc next week, just from nyc and away from the power keg that the rnc ia going to bring.
