Well obviously, a Finn will avoid all social contact possible.
They would have to make me quite an amazing offer for me to consider switching to a job that requires you to go to the office daily. Currently I go to the office 0-2 times / month.
This year I have been at the office ~five times and out of those five times two were parties. Not planning to go to offce for those same teams meetings I could take from couch at home.
I wish that became an enforced work right everywhere in Europe, part of human rights, work from wherever you please as long as you do your job
I love WFH. As a Finn can agree with this chart.
Been to the office once on this week. I mostly go there for the sake of a bicycle ride and good coffe there.
The way to go.
Started working from home when Covid hit, now only go to office for the company update (and free lunch) and to let them know I’m alive still as all my work is with another company that the company I work has a contract with.
I’ve been searching for a full remote job for over a year and a half now with no luck. I fucking hate going to the office 2x’s a week. I would happily take a pay cut for the freedom to work wherever I want.
