Is it coming from outside the eu. I got one today they had it since Monday that came from china.
I got something similar a few months ago (although Dublin 3 hub) and after spending ages trying to get through to them it turned out it was in the collection centre in Marino. The wording of it is just terrible.
So maybe worth finding out the local collection centre in Dublin 12 and trying to contact them to see if they have something there for you. You’ll need the tracking code. And you’ll need to bring photo ID that matches your name if you do have to go to pick it up.
