3. The Kremlin should warn the Russian people the risks to them, if they try anything in a European capital. Peskov, as usual thinks that Russia is so mighty that they can say and do anything, while the evidence is much to the contrary.

   Russia should withdraw from Ukraine and then there is no risk to anyone.
