3. Wow, who could have seen this coming? If they planned ahead and incentivized solar for homes and business, they wouldn’t have to worry about summer creating high demand…

4. This doesn’t make sense. California is part of the national grid and is heavily regulated.

5. Why, because the grid operators failed to upgrade the grid to handle renewable energy and storage.
