It’s good to see an Imam speak out like this. Islamism is a big problem, and to see it out of control in a country like France is simply sad. I don’t know how it can get fixed if the “moderates” don’t speak out too, though, but at least this man is trying.
Is “moderate Islam” still actually real Islam if it defies the word of God?

As a British-Pakistani Muslim the worst part of the West is westerners, mostly left leaning people, defending Islam in all its forms.
This is extremely dangerous and is allowing extremist ideals to be imported to the west by crazy fundamentalists. The kicker here is that these fundamentalist are targeting other Muslims for not being ‘Muslim’ enough or being to Western and any time we bring it up we get attacked from both the fundamentalist and the left leaning people from the West.
Many Muslims leave their home countries like Pakistan etc. because they do not want to live in a society were they are targeted by Muslim religious extremists for the west to then happily import these extremist is a massive kick in the balls. It needs nipped in the bud ASAP.
