  2. Why do 80 homes need to be rented out at half the usual rate? Why put these hurdles in place to providing new homes?

  3. I’ve lived in a office to residential conversion, and it sucked. Windows did not open, constant issue with mold, terrible choices for utilities that came up overpriced, the flats themselves had NO real storage space either.

    These conversions don’t go by the same regulations as building new houses, and it makes them monumentally lower quality. Future slums
