  1. Glad to see him back and find it interesting he’d taken an assistant role, having been a manager before

  2. Story time: back in the day in my school there was a girl called Sarah who looked EXACTLY like Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Sarah also played football during P.E. (sports classes) which didn’t help.

Long story short, she adopted the name van Nistelrooy. Completely destroyed her.

    Kids are awful man.

  3. Fergie did manage some top drawer players. Miss that era.

  4. I scored so many poaching goals with Ruud in PES5. Loved him.

  5. As a United fan of 30 years, I love Ruud. But this is a shit appointment as he’ll just walk out as soon as he gets a decent job offer.

  6. Even if it’s just for 2 years, having Hojlund and Zirkzee learning from Ruud could cause some serious danger for defenses.

  7. United is still clinging onto the 00s utd. Long may that continue.

  8. Weird appointments. Ten Hag clearly wasn’t Man U’s preferred candidate. Now they give him two assistants he wanted and are looking to sign De Ligt too.

    Seems like bad management

  9. Man United getting Ruud does worry me in regards to Brainthwaite! He absolutely adores Jarrad and they won a trophy together at PSV! I think he has a word with people at the Club to improve their bid.

  10. Hiring every available person who’s ever been to the Netherlands has done them wonders so far… what could go wrong?

  11. I wonder if they are going to try and still get the Everton center back.

  12. Arsenal to appoint Martin Keown as assistant manager for 2 games per season.

  13. Exciting news for Manchester United! Rene Hake and Ruud van Nistelrooy joining as assistant managers is a fantastic move. Their vast experience and fresh energy will undoubtedly benefit the team. Erik ten Hag’s leadership, combined with their expertise, looks promising for the future. Can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll bring to the club!

  14. Martinez and Shaw both looked great for their countries – Probabaly both come back injured
