It’s funny how this old git *says* that he’s not discouraged and he’s sure Russia will soon win, but he’s in civies in an obviously quiet area, and all the time he’s speaking softly and looking around (and up!) furtively. If you pause the video at random points and ignore the subtitles but study the guy’s facial expression, he doesn’t look confident at all. While I realise that I might be seeing what I’d like to see, it seems to me that in a lot of those freeze-frames he actually looks fucking terrified.
