That’s a poor choice of a verb for a headline in these times … was it just me who did a double take reading “NATO launches” in the headline?
Russia “This is an escalation!!! We are going to have to point our nuclear weapons at this target and we will absolutely bomb London, Berlin, Paris, Washington and Auckland.”

What about the NATO training/knowledge sharing centre in Bydgoszcz that’s just been announced by Zelenski while visiting Poland ?
What a shitshow, can’t see why Poland is not better to expand US presence and NATO’s presence over Germany, which is no longer frontier country and been failing NATO alliance all the way since 2014
