1. Exposing the failure of governments and the economic system they vociferously uphold is not good business for client journalists who rely on access to politicians for their stories and giant corporations for their paycheck.

   Don’t expect that dynamic to change until populations are on the street and breaking the profit-maximising machine in serious numbers.

   If you wanted a lesson on whether politicians and MSM media will do the right thing because it’s the right thing, look at Gaza. That is how easily our governments ignore morals and moral duties. Now apply that amorality to the climate emergency.

   Until people use their own power to stand against our destruction for corporate profit, we will lose. Do NOT rely on leaders to fix this crisis. They are, every day, actively complicit in causing it.
