  6. Putin is the one killing innocent people. Ukraine would probably try to eliminate Putin even if they weren’t given weapons to defend themselves. They know unless Putin is dead or Russia collapses the war will not end.

    Putin can at any time leave Ukraine to avoid his perceived danger.
