  1. Add it to the list with Quiet Place, Talk to Me, Nun 2,ect

The 2010s and 2020s have been damn good decades for horror financially. Compared to the absolute death that was 2000s horror at the box office, it’s very nice.

  2. They’re talking about *Longlegs* and Nic Cage.

  3. They lied about this movie in its marketing. They made $22 million dollar by lying.

This movie is satanic-panic Christian propaganda and is about evil dolls. It’s not a serial killer character study. There are no realistic character behaviors.

If you’ve seen Vampire’s Kiss, you know how Nick Cage acts in this… 😥

  4. I was severely underwhelmed by this film.  I didn’t find it scary at all.  It was … fine.  The best part about this movie was the marketing.  The marketing team deserves all the awards!

  5. Not sure how “hidden” he was. Nic Cage was the only thing I knew about this movie going in. He’s got top billing.

  6. Nic Cage A-list? I know he is an Oscar winner but A-list is a stretch.

  7. Pretty disappointing movie. They kept calling it ‘this generations Silence of the Lambs’ and it wasn’t even remotely close. The last third of the movie was just a mess.

  8. huh, that was literally the only thing I knew about Longlegs was that it had Nic Cage.

  9. Nic Cage isn’t an A-Lister by any stretch of the imagination.

  10. Nick Cage is connected with the Coppola dynasty, if he wants to, he’ll have work till he dies, and likely beyond in perpetuity with his likeness as a commodity

  11. Except for every asshole on Reddit has already spoiled it.
