[Musik] gerid 5 ger [Musik] re wir Spen die Gefahr das geht materalf hier mit weiter abgebaut werden ins Ausland verlagert werden weil dort die Fachkräfte sind mein Name ist RF Schreiber me Name ist R Schreiber [Musik] 0 aktuell sind Zeit berufskahrerinnen wir suchen momentan so ca 5 bis se Stellen könen wir besetzen such BCH buchaloller alles und wollen sich gerne bei uns bewerben und VI ich hatte gerader die hat jetzt das Problem der Anerkennung wir suchen seit sehr sehr langer Zeit ich hab leider kein heutzutage ist man wird haben man wird aber nicht un und jetzt B ich endlich mein Traum mal werden zu lassen schon etliche Jahre jetztch Pass dazuung gut [Musik] wir haben ein Steinbruch mitweiter Arbeit mussten wir Einbruch ein Schnitt machenstraße so sagen in Abstimmung chinesischen ja hier ist die Grenze und ab hier [Musik] kN die hat so viele aber irgendwann W die Situation nicht schaffen lebeit wir haben Stein mitbearbeitenahen die hab ich bis heute nicht wieder bekommen Kapazitäten dass die mit Arbeitskräften besetzt werden und damit ausgelastet werden das ist unser Thema Thomas wenderitter man expit [Applaus] will so rich schwer das bedeutet leider dass wir nur 50% mefträge machen deswegen händingen die die Arbeit ist und deswegen Kön schaffen in geryrently50 crafts that number Isis sch even in his admin W wir über 50% wir sagen richtig ist vort das ist ein themaes noit Zeit sein jer obwohl wir Hochtechnologieland sind das ist schon richtig muss nicht J Studium in hochqualifizierte Arbeiten zukünftig gehen sondern geht auch sowas und hast ein Arbeit wo Straße gehen kannst und Dein Ergebnis sehen [Musik] kannstersyesin exs reg [Musik] wir hatten im vor jah die Situation dass wir nicht wussten es war dieen wir haben Saisonarbeit die Problem ist wir haben Problem s Tage in der Woche arbeiten und dafür jemanden Sie begeistern und S fre dann später mal ist nicht einfach wenn jetzt Ukrainer z.B kommen und des Zertifikate a wie lange dauert das überhaupt Arbeit Menschen in Arbeit kommen Problem z.B jemand sch AR der ein handelss und wohnt aber könnte mal da nicht da irgendwie unterstüzen Arbeit ein und das ist manchmal auch ein Biss sehr schwerfällig habe ich den Eindruck every year Germany need 400000 imigr for Lab market SKB could in nurses train mid service at le0 Register nurses who schön ich bin selbst in Vietnam gewesen sprschulen habe ich mich oben gesehenrichtungen tatsächlich ist davon Mann für die Ausbildung nach Deutschland und das ist auch passiertossen Noten kennnissen und arbeitet jetzt für uns wo soll herkommen Löung Zuwanderung gibt nicht müssen uns die Frage beantworten für einen gr Land nach Deutschland in England werden auch Leute gesucht vi leichter ich was in Kanada werden auch in Amerika Italien auch da müssen wir uns schon mehr anstrengen als das was jetzt passiertre [Musik] [Musik] natürlich sind wir Thema aber anders umdenen wir haben ein Arbe Problem demografis angehalten dass wir fen men arbeiten [Musik] [Musik] sch seitdem ich den J ausüberensreich ich habe gerne Kommunikation und Dingen angen oder nicht aahch es ist mirroto so viel positives Feedback da kann man auch ein Einstecken in der Summe ist es positiv [Musik]

Mayor Ralf Schreiber wants to revitalize his town and attract tourists and new residents. But many projects fail due to a lack of skilled workers.   6. Germany needs to change their strategy. First they need to increase wages, and decrease taxes for the working class, 2nd they need to do allow people to do on the job training, 3rd they need to revamp their entire immigration process.

  7. Two problems of Germany:

    1- employers want really cheap skilled workers whereas the cost of livingin the Western Europe is really bones breaking.

    2- Germany should embrace the English speakers like the Dutch society.

  9. Wait, I'm confused. I was assured that replacing the German people with Third World immigrants was going to fix the skilled labour shortage.

  10. Ask how many kids Germans have. 🧐 1-0. I bet more have pets. Invited some amish people over. They tend to have large families. Supposedly very hard workers. How about having more children.

  11. That region of Germany is f'ed since 1990…
    I grew up in the neighbourhood and left the area in 2001 because there were no jobs or only poorly paid ones back then.
    They neglected to take care of young people and their education. Neither the municipality nor the companies saw a reason for this because there were enough people working there for a pittance. This short-sightedness is now being paid back to them because the well-qualified people who are willing to work have long since moved to other parts of Germany.

  14. Make a bigger effort to integrate immigrants first and you are less likely to get angry locals voting for far-right. People are a lot more likely to accept others if they speak the nation’s language. The American green card I think is a good model to get inspiration from

  16. If your German pride lets you to do, you can find excellent companies like the ones who build Jaguar cars in UK. But, but, you need to shirk off your straight-jacket German mentality!!!!

  18. The problem with the quantity of labor for modern Germany has already lasted 3/4 of a century. But there is no systemic solution. Very strange.

    The mayor of the town and the contractor are talking about the lands of Vietnam that are far, far away from them… it sounds like an episode of some provincial TV series… there were not enough cigars and a globe between them in the frame…

  19. I hate this hhypocrisy when i hear – missing skilled workers, there is no such thing as – missing.. The only and real thing that is missing is a salary of which a skilled person is ready to work ! People are looking for fair salaries for their work ! Companies are too greedy these days ! For example, company from Sweden will pay about 3 k euros and up to skilled worked, but if they opening their business in Poland, or in Baltic states they won't pay them 3 k euros, they will give around 1 k to 1,5 k euros. The same with small cities ! The bigger the city the better salary ! Raise salaries and no one will leave… Problem solved !

  21. And this is a problem how? Just because buildings are empty? Have you no thought about what those people are doing for themselves now… why should they be dependent on your idea that limits them to your idea for them. Instead of thinking that you won’t have a job if you don’t fill up your town rather ask yourself why you’re not interested in working independently so that those people remain free of your chains that monopolize their time and space. Try independent thinking as I can’t support your current thinking until you have challenged yourself.

  22. In Sweden we have solved that problem with our state labour educations for practical jobs arbetsmarknadsutbildningen (AMU). You can be given an education and driving licence for trucks or buses for instance. And here is the catch – IT IS FREE. Well, actually it is a paid education. You get paid money for participating. We've had this system since at least the 1980-ies. But I guess you have to be motivated.

  23. for decades now, many countries have taught english as a foreign language, having to learn german just puts another barrier on foreign recruitment.

  26. It seems a bit weird to have a whole documentary about the difficulty of attracting talent without mentioning anything about housing costs or the costs of living.

    Smaller German employers will continue to struggle so long as their wages are not keeping up with the exploding costs of living.

    Either the government can step in to control housing, food, water, and energy costs, or this cycle of oppressive wages will continue.

  28. In recent times there has been a lot of talk about how AI will take away many many jobs, then it turns out that companies are struggling to find staff almost everywhere in the West. Something escapes me… I don't understand.
