There’s about 20 gay-bars/clubs in Moscow… 10 in St. Petersburg.
Not much for cities with populations of 12 and 5 million respectively.
But it would seem the country is loosing its battle against the gay, when they can’t even close down those few bars sitting right under their noses and promoted on travel advisors and google maps…
Russia is anti-everything progressive basically. Keeping the soviet Cold War mentality steady on citizens.
Homosexuality isn’t outlawed in russia, it’s just banned to advertise and openly display it. Whatever these bears wanna do in their clubs, they’re free to maul each other.
