I don’t understand, why did they put it on the tower? It’s it meant to operate from the ground? In what way is it supposed to operate better if they stuck it up on that tower?

Weird things at the residence. If you check there’s some sort of weird looking dirt cart track near the beach but that’s obviously not what it is. Then there’s the orange barrier floating around the bay near the main house. Did he section off a bay for his personal use or are those torpedo nets?
